Quick Hit: Illegal aliens tried to board two CA school buses
FOX 5 San Diego reported groups of illegal migrants blocked by parents
MTS Quick Hit: Illegal aliens tried to get on two school buses transporting students in the Jamul-Dulzura Union School District on Aug. 28.
The district is not far from California’s border with Mexico.
The district's superintendent had to send out a warning to parents in the area. Border patrol, California Highway Patrol, and the local sheriff's office were informed of the incidents.
According to FOX 5 San Diego, "The first incident occurred along the Route A route near the intersection of Highway 94 and Cochera Via Tuesday afternoon. According to Bystedt, a group of three men were walking in the middle of the highway trying to stop one of the buses, prompting it to “go around” the group."
The report says a group of "about 20 people" tried to board a second bus but "Parents present at the site helped the bus driver ensure students were safe and that no one boarded the bus."
