Mackendy Darbouze, age 26, was in the Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua and Venezuela (CHNV) migrant flights mass parole program
Police in Fayetteville responded to a gory scene on the morning of Feb. 21 when they encountered Haitian migrant Mackendy Darbouze at the door of a residence covered in blood.
Fayetteville Police have charged Darbouze with three counts of first-degree murder for allegedly killing Beatrice Desir (77), as well two children; one 13 and one just 4.
The victims were stabbed to death and police said there were three additional children in the home at the time.
According to a Fox News report, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) said Darbouze arrived in the country in July 2024 as part of Biden’s Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua and Venezuela (CHNV) migrant flights described by many as a mass parole program.
ICE also said Darbouze had to be interviewed in Creole because he speaks no English and that a detainer has been placed on him.
