MTTS Notes: Reactions to Biden's death sentence commutations

Families reported not being contacted.

Just before Christmas, President Joe Biden commuted the death sentences of 37 murderers. Three of those who had a death sentence commuted had committed their murders in North Carolina.

It appears, based on victim family reactions, that Biden did not contact or consult with them.
